Amazing Saturn Replacement Controller The keys are right there in the sweet spot. Very similar to the original and build quality of controller itself is high. And the cable is long enough to play wired on almost any home(there is a filter on cable too!) Different thing is L R Shoulder buttons (They are not clicky ones like saturn. They are silent type like many others. But they are significantly better than some "SEGA" controllers like 8bitdo m30's shoulder buttons) and Analog Stick. The stick itself is Great. But it's not reproduction of Saturm Analog Stick(but who really cares if the stick feels good) The D Pad is little stiffer than Saturn Controller but it is not a negative thing since some peole don't like Saturn's "No Backboneness" feeling on Original D Pad D Pad controls nicely. I did 360 degree test and everything and it's great. You can't get any better controller for Megadrive+Saturn Controller with analog stick(for some saturn games) anywhere. Especially in this Quality. My ony complaint? It is more ergonomically designed so a little thicker than original saturn controller. and... Is this even can considered as complaint??? And the price is VERY cheap for what it is. And they support reasonable priced international shipping too. Even to the East Asia. The Controller is perfect and even Shipping and payment were good 140/100 You can trust 30 year old boomer like me on Sega controller things.
Sorry, no reviews match your current selections
Grateful to have a solid and affordable option for a USB Genesis controller. No more need to map something else to the Genesis’ six button configuration.
I wanted a six button controller for PC, so I’m reviewing it from that perspective. Feels great in the hand. Buttons have the perfect spring to them. Dpad hits the spot. Stick works. L and R are mushy and have no definition. I don’t like the placement of L and R. You have to pinch your hand too much; I wish they were set back farther. Or I wish there were L2 and R2 buttons. I know the gimmick is that it’s a modernized Saturn controller, but maybe it didn’t need to sacrifice so much to get to that idea, especially since this is a USB controller.

I like the controller layout. It fits in my hands quite nicely. The BrawlerGen USB is very comfortable. The analog stick and buttons all feel really nice and the controller itself feels sturdy. That said, there are a few areas this controller could use improvement.
My biggest gripe is that the directional pad has no central pivot point. It is possible to push it in completely. I think adding a pivot in the center would improve the feeling and accuracy of the d-pad a lot.
The L and R buttons would be more comfortable of they were bigger and further back. My index fingers naturally rest just behind them so I consider the L and R buttons to be slightly out of the way. That said, I don’t experience discomfort by using them so it’s a small gripe.
I’d prefer if Direct Input mode wouldnt map the analog stick and d-pad to the same axis. This mapping hinders the controller’s versatility for certain PC games. Xinput mode works pretty well though.
Overall I think it’s a solid controller with a few flaws that keep it from being great. I’m happy with my purchase.
