No. Shipping charges for International orders only cover our costs to ship the goods and do not include any extra fees, duties or taxes your country may charge you for import.

For the majority of our shipments, we use USPS with tracking for both Domestic (U.S.) and International orders. In some instances, we may choose to ship your order via UPS or FedEx.

Once your order is processed, we will send a shipping notification with your tracking number to the email address we have on file.

It may take up to 24-48 hours for the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to update the tracking info in their system. Once 48 hours has elapsed from the time you received your tracking number and you still don’t see any movement, please Contact Us.

All of our orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Chatsworth, CA. Domestic (U.S.) shipments normally take 2-7 business days depending on the distance from our warehouse. International shipments typically take 7-21 business days depending on distance and customs clearance delays. Holidays may delay these delivery times.

Please request a return material authorization (RMA) from your Orders Page. Once your return request is processed, we will email you a prepaid return label to return the damaged item(s).

Also, please take pictures of the damaged shipper box and the items indicating the damage. We may request the pictures from you in order to file a claim with the carrier.

Over the past few months we’ve been experiencing major issues with German customs. Customers’ orders were unnecessarily being held for months, only to be refused at the end. The packages would either eventually make it back to us or get lost in the process. Aside from the waste of time and money, this situation has caused our customers and us a lot of grief and frustration. Unfortunately, until these issues with customs are resolved, we will not be able to fulfill orders to Germany. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.

If your country is not on the list, you may submit a request for us to add it on the Contact Us page. We will do our best to honor your request, however there are certain countries which we’ve had trouble shipping to in the past and therefore have excluded them.

If your order was placed on our website, you may log in to your account and update the shipping address on the order page before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped or if you’re one of our backers on Kickstarter, please contact our Customer Care Team ASAP, so we may update your shipping address in our system.

If the item(s) you ordered are in stock, we will typically process and ship your order within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday). During Holidays and when we receive our first batch of a new item, it may take longer to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders are processed and shipped in the order that they were received, once the goods arrive at our warehouse in Chatsworth, CA.

If you will be shipping the items back using your own preferred method, please make sure to use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, please enter it on the Return Status page.

Once we receive your return, depending on the option you selected during the return request process, we will either refund your purchase, ship out a replacement if the item is in stock, or issue you a store coupon for the return amount.
